WHAT: Founders’ Breakfast In The Garden
WHEN: Saturday, March 25, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
WHERE: Westbury Community Garden Pavilion, 12581 Dunlap St.
WHY: This important fundraiser will finance the 2023 operating expenses at the garden.
WCG needs your help and support more than ever. We maximize our precious and consistent volunteer manpower, but some things just require cash. Grant applications did not materialize this year. Membership dues cover about half of our slim operating budget. Please consider a donation of any amount to your neighborhood community garden.
The Menu
The Founders’ Breakfast In The Garden Fundraiser will be catered by La Madeleine with other donations from Panera Bread, HEB, and Costco. The menu includes Spinach and Red Pepper Frittata, Cheesy Potato Casserole, Buttery Croissants, Uncured Pecan-Smoked Bacon, Strawberries Romanoff, Irish Butter, Berry Jam, Shrub Spritzers, and Coffee.
Donor attendees will receive a commemorative WCG glass and a goodie bag full of garden treasures.

Silent Auction
Peruse many donated items in a terrific Silent Auction. You can see the list here. Participants must be present to bid. Additionally, there are new and used books for sale on a wide variety of gardening and environmental topics. Pick up your items at the event. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.
Attendance and Donation Levels
- $100 Donor (I will attend the breakfast.)
- $750 Supporter (I am reserving a table of 8 and will attend with friends.)
- $500 Sponsor (I will attend.)
- $1000 Underwriter (I will attend.)
- Donations-in-kind are also accepted for the Silent Auction
- Donations of any size are accepted without the Founders’ Breakfast
You may make your donation here. Founders Breakfast donations/RSVPs must be made by March 20.
Please make a note with your donation pledge if you are donating but will not attend.
