Come to the pavilion Thursday morning at 8:30 AM for a free Tai Chi class. Tai Chi, often described as meditation in motion, helps reduce stress and anxiety. It is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced today as a graceful form of exercise. Jasmin Regalado teaches this class. What a great way to start the day!
