A festival is coming to Westbury Community Garden on March 22, from Noon to 3:00 PM! And the best news… It is free and open to the public.
Come out and browse the many exhibitor tents to learn about various gardening topics, permaculture, landscaping with native plants, coastal prairies and wetlands, Monarchs and milkweed, nutrition and cooking ideas, and more. WCG will have information on membership and there will be an exhibit showing the new driveway, parking and water management system planned for 2025. Our beekeepers will have the sealed and safe plexiglass observation hive on display, so kids and adults can see our honeybees at work.
Hyperlocal honey from the WCG apiary will be for sale for $15 / 8 oz jar. We also have beautiful lime green coffee mugs with the WCG logo for $10. You can help support Westbury Community Garden by purchasing one of these items!
We will have two Corn Hole sets going if you’re up for some friendly competition and there will be a Garden Scavenger Hunt for the kids.
Mark your calendar! Don’t miss this event for the whole family!
